Overview
A sprawling open-air market that appears after sunset in different corners of Remketh, its location shifting from one gathering to the next. Traveling merchants, temporary stalls, performers, games, food vendors, and unusual goods from across Vaeria fill whatever streets or plazas it occupies that evening. Both its vendors and offerings constantly change, ensuring that no two visits are ever quite the same. Finding out where the Night Market has appeared tonight is simply part of the experience.

- Dragonfire Skewers — Grilled Meats — Skewers of marinated meats and vegetables are cooked over roaring open flames and brushed with sauces ranging from smoky and sweet to genuinely alarming levels of heat.
- The Twisted Tail — Fried Dough — Long coils of hot fried dough are dusted with sugar and spices, glazed with fruit or honey, dipped in chocolate, or stuffed with rotating sweet fillings.
- The Stuffed Bun — Filled Breads — Soft baked and steamed breads stuffed with combinations of seasoned meats, cheeses, vegetables, sauces, or sweet fillings, all conveniently designed to be eaten with one hand.
- Smoke & Salt — Roasted Foods — Sausages, corn, potatoes, nuts, vegetables, and whatever else will survive being put over hot coals are roasted throughout the evening and finished with salts and seasonings from across Vaeria.
- Sugar & Flame — Candied Treats — Fruit, nuts, brittle, caramel, and elaborate sugar confections are dipped, spun, torched, and occasionally set dramatically on fire before being handed to the customer.
- Frostbite — Frozen Treats — Shaved ice, frozen fruits, flavored ices, creams, and other magically chilled confections are served beneath a tent noticeably colder than the surrounding market.
- Loaded & Baked — Stuffed Potatoes — Enormous baked potatoes are split open and piled irresponsibly high with meats, cheeses, vegetables, sauces, spices, and other toppings. Customers can choose established combinations or create increasingly questionable monstrosities of their own.
- The Questionable Sausage — Sausages — An impressive assortment of sausages made from familiar and decidedly unfamiliar meats is served on sticks or fresh bread with a ridiculous selection of mustards, relishes, and sauces. The proprietor will tell you exactly what’s in them. You probably shouldn’t ask.
- Far From Home — Foreign Cuisine — The menu changes depending on who’s behind the counter, offering a handful of dishes from one distant culture or region of Vaeria rarely encountered in Remketh.
- The Pie Hole — Pies & Hand Pies — Sweet pies, savory pies, meat pies, fruit pies, tiny pies, enormous slices, and hot hand pies fill the stall beneath the simple philosophy that nearly anything improves when surrounded by pastry.
