Culture & Society
Gnomes of this realm are very much tied to the magic of the forest they live in. These are not the typical tinkering archetype gnomes seen in other realms. Most of them are mischievous and elusive in nature, though not in a mean spirited way. They love nothing more than to play tricks on others and hide nearby to watch the humorous results of their efforts unfold.
While gnomes can be merciless pranksters, they are also quite friendly and loyal to those who encounter them face-to-face. Often gnomes that are seen outside their woodland homes have been enticed by the excitement of the larger world and the adventure it may hold.
Originally hailing from the Feywild, most gnomes live in small hidden communities, deeply veiled by magic. These communities are most commonly high above the ground within the dense foliage of a tree or in a collection of underground burrows. In this way their honor their Feywild ancestry and remain close to nature.
